NYT CEO to Get $1 Million Base Salary

New York Times new Chief Executive Mark Thompson will receive an annual base salary of $1 million and is eligible for sign-on incentive awards valued at $3 million in company stock and stock options.

 

Fugitive ex-Comverse CEO to pay $54 million

Jacob "Kobi" Alexander, the fugitive former chief executive of Comverse Technology Inc, agreed to pay nearly $54 million to resolve civil litigation brought by the U.S. government over the backdating of stock options, court papers show.
