A man pleaded guilty in a Dallas court Thursday to having unprotected sex with women without telling them he had AIDS, the Dallas Morning News reported.

Nathaniel Tumbwe will be sentenced to 15 years in prison for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon -- the possible transmission of his disease.
