N.j. Doctor Sent To Prison For Taking Bribes In A Patient Referral Scam

An Ocean County, N.J., doctor was sentenced Thursday to serve a year and a day in jail for accepting $25,000 in bribes in exchange for patient referrals for blood and DNA lab testing, the U.S. Attorney's Office announced Thursday.
