KINGSTON — A driver high on heroin and fentanyl who crashed into an oncoming car in 2015 and killed that driver was sentenced to 2 1/3 to 7 years in prison Tuesday.Danny Griffin, 32, of Shandaken, had injected himself with the drugs early in the morning of Aug. 25, 2015, in the Town of Newburgh before driving north.
