Donald Trump continues to lose in court - bigly. Late Friday the Judge issued an opinion, ruling that Trump's attempts to have his case thrown out based on immunity claims has no legal basis. In the ruling, Judge Chutkan wrote: "Whatever immunities a sitting president may enjoy, the United States has only one chief executive at a time, and that position does not confer a lifelong 'get-out-of-jail-free' pass." Israeli officials obtained Hamas’s battle plan for the Oct. 7 terrorist attack more than a year before it happened, documents, emails and interviews show. But Israeli military and intelligence officials dismissed the planl, considering it too difficult for Hamas to carry out. It all sounds so familiar! Via the New York Times: The approximately 40-page document, which the Israeli authorities code-named “Jericho Wall,” outlined, point by point, exactly the kind of devastating invasion that led to the deaths of about 1,200 people. The translated document, which was reviewed by The New York Times, did not set a date for the attack, but described a methodical assault designed to overwhelm the fortifications around the Gaza Strip, take over Israeli cities and storm key military bases, including a division headquarters. Hamas followed the blueprint with shocking precision.

Maybe it takes one lying fraud to love another but even so, George Santos seems an odd choice to wage civil war over. And yeah, I get it that every MAGA vote is needed for the assault on the U. S. government Bannon longs for, even if he hasn’t noticed that the House has not done a great job of getting anything done, even with MAGA’s fave drag queen.

Many Republicans weren't happy with former Rep. George Santos's expulsion from Congress. Ultimately, the vote came in at 311 to 114 to expel the Long Island fabulist. Among Republicans, 105 members voted to kick his lying ass to the curb, and 112 voted on keeping him like a weight around the neck of his party. The top House GOP leadership, including House Speaker Mike Johnson, voted against the grifter's expulsion.

He seems to think he's some kind of god now, based on his new interview with fawning reporter.

It’s entirely possible that the missing tapes are misfiled in some dusty closet but, for now, the fact that the interviews are missing is a scandal in the making.
