A fisherman died Sunday afternoon at Shawnee Mission Lake. Citizens pulled the 31-year-old man ashore about 3:45 p.m., according to Sgt. Chris Pennington of the Johnson County Park Police Department. The man was not breathing, and CPR was ineffective.
