Residents of the 344-unit Pecan Springs Apartments will soon get new amenities thanks to its new owners, Electra America. The Florida-based multifamily owner-operator recently acquired the apartment complex, which was built in 2013, and says it'll be upgrading various amenities to keep it competitive with the drove of new luxury apartment complexes being built around it at Interstate 10 and the North 1604 Loop.
