With many Democratic party members buzzing about #DemEnter and other plans for how to impact the national party, the question that often gets forgotten is the most important one: after you’ve become a precinct person or party officer what now? Achieving your goal of becoming a precinct person or party officer is great, but now that you’ve achieved that role, what really does it take to be good at your job?
