WASHINGTON -- President Barack Obama's reelection campaign spent more than $14.6 million in April, ending up with more than $115 million cash on hand, according to a filing it made with the Federal Election Commission on Friday afternoon. The numbers show a campaign taking in far more money than it is spending, though that may change with massive television ad campaigns beginning in May.
