Officials: Plane Clips Powerlines Near I-70 Causing Mesa County Crashes

Authorities say a low-flying aircraft in Mesa County clipped powerline equipment near Interstate 70 on Thursday afternoon, setting off a series of vehicle crashes on the roadway.
