Oil And Gas Industry Irked By Language In Dec Report

After nearly seven years waiting for New York to create hydraulic fracturing guidelines, the state officially prohibited the practice, which irks Brad Gill, who is executive director of Independent Oil and Gas Association of New York. The DEC’s decision on June 29 came six months after Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced his intention to disallow the activity in New York.
