Though revenue rose, the company faced steep losses in its oil and gas exploration and production waste management in a year when that industry stalled as the price of oil plummeted. The company said it estimates the addition will bump its revenue up to $1.4 billion per year, and expects it can cut $50 million in overlapping expenses.
