Oklahoma Bill Targets Military Divorce

Military retirement pay for service members who are married for less than 10 years would retain their property and ex-spouses would not be entitled to any of it under a bill approved Tuesday by the House of Representatives.House Bill 1053, a measure that won approval in both the House and the Senate last year but then got hung up on wording, has been revised.Read more on NewsOK.com
