State ranks high in business survey Oklahoma continues to position itself well for business, a recent survey compiled by Chief Executive magazine shows. The magazine's annual Best & Worst States for Business Ranking, which is compiled from surveys of chief executive officers, shows Oklahoma at 17th best, up one from 2016 and up from 21st in 2008.
