Oklahoma City University Professor Will Lead Tour Of Germany

FROM STAFF REPORTSAn Oklahoma City University professor and author is organizing a summer tour of Germany that will allow participants to explore some of the places she remembers from her childhood during World War II. The tour, from June 22 to July 2, is open to the public and will be led by Christiane Faris, a German professor emeritus at OCU and author of last year’s memoir “The Nicest Nazi: Childhood Memories of World War II.” The 11-day tour will cover sites relevant to the book and World War II and include visits to locations of historical interest as Germany prepares for the 500th anniversary of the Protestant Lutheran Reformation.Read more on NewsOK.com
