Oklahoma Dems Stick With Budget Plan Rejected By Gop

Minority Leader Scott Inman, D-Oklahoma City, said GOP leadership and the governor haven't introduced their own plan to raise $215 million that was cut from several agency budgets this month when a cigarette fee was ruled unconstitutional.
