By Matt Dinger, Staff WriterA hearing in a civil lawsuit over the Ten Commandments monument on Capitol grounds is set for Friday morning. The lawsuit, filed in August 2013, seeks to have the monument removed from state property on the grounds that it violates the First Amendment. The American Civil Liberties Union is representing the plaintiffs in the case, which include a Baptist minister, a retired businessman and two former educators. Lawyers from both sides have already submitted more than 100 pages in briefs and motions on the matter. Prince can decide to rule on the case, take tomorrow’s arguments into consideration for a later judgment, or the case may proceed to trial. Read more on NewsOK.com
