Olivette-based engineering and design company Etegra Inc. has won a contract with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers valued at $20 million, the company announced Monday. Under the contract, Etegra will provide architectural engineering services to support the U.S. Department of Homeland Security through the Army Corps’ Engineering and Construction Support Office.
