WILKES-BARRE TWP. — Police cited an out-of-state man after he allegedly attempted to sell merchandise at Cracker Barrel in Wilkes-Barre Township Marketplace Thursday night. Police said at approximately 8:06 p.m., David Slatten, 44, of Omaha, Nebraska, was attempting to sell merchandise and appeared to be highly intoxicated.
