Suburban superintendents are urging the state to delay a new standardized test planned for the 2014-2015 school year. A string of storefronts on Jefferson Avenue in the heart of downtown Naperville is experiencing a transformation with the recent opening of two shops and construction of new space for a third. Hanover Park officials are celebrating long-awaited projects coming to the Hawk Hollow Forest Preserve. One will build a pedestrian bridge over County Farm Road.
