The Oxnard City Council Tuesday night unanimously approved a major reorganization proposal put forward by the new city manager, Greg Nyhoff. The plan also called for spending $400,000 on two consulting firms that will help overhaul and update city operations. Despite the big price tag, the proposal also garnered near-unanimous praise from the city's vocal contingent of meeting attendees.
