One man is arrested and another on the loose as Seattle police investigate a downtown robbery Sunday in which the perps posed as cops. Two alleged victims left a bar near First Avenue and Pike Street about 1 a.m. Sunday and headed north on First, reports say. As they stopped in a park, two men wearing shirts reading “police” approached them, told them they were police officers and advised them they were taking them to jail for being drunk, police reports indicate.
