Palpatine Voiced By Sam Witwer In Star Wars Rebels

Samuel Witwer will reprise his role as Emperor Palpatine in season 2 of Star Wars Rebels. There have been rumors of Witwer's role, but Star Wars Rebels director Dave Filoni confirmed the news to IGN at Star Wars Celebration today. Witwer has voiced Palpatine in both TV and video games, including Lego Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Out, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed and its sequel, and Kinect Star Wars. He also lent his voice as Darth Maul in both Lego Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Out and Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
