Among them is a purple kitten for his daughter, Kittie Dishman told the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board during a stage-two commutation hearing Wednesday in Oklahoma City. Brooks, who is serving 20 years for drug offenses, was one of nine inmates being assisted by a commutation campaign who received a favorable recommendation Wednesday from the Pardon and Parole Board.Read more on NewsOK.com
