In probably not the best piece of news to hit before Comic Con, actors Patrick Wilson, Matt Gerald and Kevin Weisman have all dropped out of Marvel's "Ant-Man" film. Wilson joined the cast in February when Edgar Wright was attached to direct. After his departure in May, and the production's subsequent delay, it appears he now has a scheduling conflict. The other two on the other hand are being let go because their characters, though a part of Edgar Wright and Joe Cornish's original draft, have been written out in Adam McKay, Gabriel Ferrari and Andrew Barrer subsequent re-writes. Shooting is scheduled to begin on August 18th and it's not expected to be delayed despite a replacement for Wilson being required. Source: Deadline
