DANBURY — A city woman was arrested for the fourth time in three months last week after a disturbance at a downtown restaurant, where police said she threatened “to shoot everyone inside.” Carouther was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer, second-degree breach of peace and criminal attempt at third-degree assault.
