Pedersen Pleads Guilty To Federal Carjacking Charges, Likely Resolving 2011 Killing-spree Case

The plea deal comes as a federal judge weighed whether to find that the prosecution team acted in bad faith and violated Pedersen's Sixth Amendment right to counsel. The agreement calls for Pedersen's attorneys to withdraw their request for the determination.
