Elsa is a 3-year-old, spayed, female, black-and-orange tortoise-shell domestic shorthair cat available for adoption at the Cedar Valley Humane Society, 7411 Mount Vernon Road SE. Elsa was found frozen and clinging to life in late January and was rushed to a veterinarian. Her medical needs required her to be placed into a foster home, where she regained her strength.
