Pinterest is the latest unicorn to pursue an IPO, filing Friday with the Securities and Exchange Commission to issue stock. The San Francisco-based social media darling will be able to begin its roadshow with investors as early as 15 days from today. The company plans to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker PINS.
