Police: Patient bit, kicked ORMC nurses Police said an Ocklawaha man bit, kicked and fought with nurses at Ocala Regional Medical Center. Around 1:45 a.m. Thursday, Officer J.D. Arnold of the Ocala Police Department was working an off-duty detail in the hospital, at 1431 SW First Ave. in Ocala, when he heard a disturbance coming from the emergency room. He found two nurses holding the arms of Dustin Congdon, 18, and saw Congdon kick a third nurse in the stomach, according to an OPD report.
