COLONIE - Police late Friday were "dealing with a situation" at the Shaker Run Apartments on Sand Creek Road.At least five police cars could be seen and police were blocking people from entering or leaving the apartments and controlling the perimeter.No further details were immediately available at about 11:30 p.m.
