Police: Doc Behind Failed Plot To Kill Ex's Lawyer

Three elementary school teachers are accused of providing improper coaching to students taking New York State standardized tests in English and Math, school district officials said Friday.

The deputy directed Miquel Martinez to pull his Dodge Intrepid off the road. Instead, reports say Martinez pulled a U-turn and drove away.
