Police Identify Woman Who Drowned Rescuing Her Dogs

Unified Police have identified a woman who drowned while trying to save her dogs from a runoff-swollen creek at Salt Lake County’s Tanner Park. UPD Lt. Brian Lohrke said Liudmilla Feldman, 58, of Salt Lake City, was with her husband Sunday evening walking their pets near 2760 Heritage Way (2695 East).
