CEDAR RAPIDS — An Indiana man has been accused of sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl almost two years ago.According to a Cedar Rapids police complaint, Michael T. Herre, 35, engaged in a sex act with a minor against her will on July 9, 2016 on the 4800 block of Blue Creek Road.After the incident, Herre told the girl to not tell anyone, police said.The now 14-year-old girl described the incident in a forensic interview at the St.
