A U.S. Postal Service worker who threatened two headscarf-clad women and a 1-year-old girl was arrested for a hate crime, police said Tuesday. Dainton Coley, 34, was arrested Monday after creeping up on the threesome on Nostrand Avenue near Halsey Street in Brooklyn on Friday evening at 8 p.m., cops said.
