The National Weather Service is warning swimmers at the Jersey Shore that powerful, "life threatening" rip currents are likely to develop today. The warning comes after the death of a 10-year-old boy, Khitan Devine, who disappeared into the surf in Atlantic City on Sunday. His body was found by lifeguards about four miles south in Margate on Wednesday.
