LLOYD – A Poughkeepsie man was charged with grand larceny following a domestic dispute on Saturday.Town of Lloyd police said Joseph E. Tippa, 42, of Poughkeepsie, was accused of taking another person’s credit card, cash and a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent.Tippa was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony; and second-degree criminal contempt, third-degree unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and petty larceny, all misdemeanors.
