After saying Friday he would ban TikTok in the U.S. starting today, President Donald Trump told reporters Saturday he has given the Oracle and Walmart bid for the popular short-form video-sharing app his "blessing," and said the deal would result in a new company called TikTok Global that will likely be based in Texas. "If they get it done, that's great," Trump told reporters.
