Polly Whitton spends a lot of time in her Troy college classroom urging students to adopt healthy lifestyles. However, that task can be easier said than done when students don't know which foods to choose when shopping.To eliminate the mystery of healthy eating, Whitton, a professor at The Art Institute of Michigan in Troy, decided to host a class at a health food store.
