Property Owner Told To Fix Rentals Or Face Jail Time

Minnie McGee, the former owner of the Near East Side trolley barn that crumbled under her watch, has until July 18 to fix 12 rental properties. If she doesn't, she'll go to jail or face other sanctions, a judge told her on Thursday.
