Avanti Food and Beverage, the proposed food hall at 1401 Pearl St., cleared a major hurdle Wednesday with the Boulder Beverage Licensing Authority’s unanimous approval of its tavern liquor license. The 13,000-square-foot food hall will have two bars, one on first floor and the other on second, in addition to six restaurants, and a coffee shop, said Patrick O’Neill, co-owner, who will be managing the business with fellow co-owner Robert Hahn. “We are super happy about the result,” O’Neill said.”We were prepared for the hearing.
