House Bill 2932 would place the work requirement on about 8,000 Oklahomans between 19 and 64 years old who are not pregnant and unless they have a child under 6 years old or are providing live-in care for a disabled person. The bill passed, but not before a debate about how it would affect the poor and people who have issues with mental and substance abuse.Read more on NewsOK.com
