Warner Bros. has announced that in the United States all the movies slated for a 2021 theatrical release will be premiering day and date on the HBO Max streaming service, starting with Wonder Woman 1984 on Christmas Day. Obviously, we all got pretty excited about this news because 2020 has left us starved for new movies, but once the initial thrill wears off, there are some downsides to this to take into consideration.
