  • Should private citizens, especially victims, be allowed to prosecute crimes, either on their own or along with public prosecutors?
    Again, the example of the big banks and the mortgage fiasco ... consider that the town of Ithaca, NY had a city prosecutor, and Tompkins County had an elected district attorney. The city strove to prosecute crimes that the county did not prosecute.
