SPRINGFIELD — Authorities have dropped a murder charge against a Springfield man who'd been charged with a fatal drive-by shooting in the city two years ago.Twenty-one-year-old Larry Green had been charged with the October 2012 shooting of 19-year-old Dwayne Kelly Jr.The Republican newspaper reports that in the document ending the case, prosecutors said new information has come to light that affects the prosecution's ability to sustain the burden of proof beyond a reasonable doubt.
