Elorza says his plans to reduce gun violence include contacting lawful gun owners about safely storing firearms.Elorza also wants stronger action against people who are illegally carrying firearms. He said he has spoken to the state attorney general's office and will reach out to judges."Right now, there's no fear," Elorza said.
