Putnam Deputies Looking For Theft Suspect

By Staff reports Police in Putnam County are looking a male who they believe stole materials from a railroad company in Hurricane. The Putnam County Sheriff's Department said the suspect entered the storage yard of RCL Burco and stolen copper wire on May 14. RCL Burco, a railroad parts company, is located in the 100 block of Thompson Road in Hurricane. Police released photos that show the suspect as a white male, wearing a T-shirt and a hat with the West Virginia University logo a. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Detective John Hedrick at 304-586-0256, ext 2362.
