STOCKTON — Friday's rain and the forecast of a wet weekend has delayed the planned weekend-long closure of the eastbound lanes of the Crosstown Freeway in Stockton, according to the California Department of Transportation.The closure has been rescheduled for 10 p.m. Nov. 4, through 5 a.m. Nov. 7.
