By Carla Hinton Religion Editorchinton@oklahoman.comWith the removal of a Ten Commandments monument from the grounds of the state Capitol, a New York-based Satanists group said it will cancel its effort to erect a statue of Satan there. Tuesday, Lucien Greaves, spokesman for the Satanic Temple of New York, said his group won't follow through with its plans to put up a 7-foot-tall statue of Satan as Baphomet now that the Oklahoma Supreme Court has ruled that the Ten Commandments monument is unconstitutional. "I absolutely view this as a victory," Greaves said in a telephone interview.Read more on NewsOK.com
