Jose Fernando Bustos-Diaz is among Texas' 10 Most Wanted Fugitives after he escaped from the Briscoe prison in 2010. Bustos-Diaz was serving 35 years for a 2005 murder he committed while working as a ranch hand in Harris County. He pleaded guilty to the case in 2006.
